Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
